BE TRULY, MADLY, DEEPLY, IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF
Sometimes we need to be reminded that we're awesome. It's common to have internal self-doubts and frustrations; we all do, but practice makes perfect. Repetitive negative self-talk will eventually train your brain that your thoughts are realities. Take a minute to light a candle and ask yourself, "what makes me awesome?" When you have an answer, write it on a small piece of paper. Store it in your wallet so the next time you're buying gas on your drive to work, it will be a dopamine hit and a reminder of how you uniquely make the world a better place.
