  • Returns

     We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Shoppe 815 purchase!  If you have questions, concerns, or would like to return your product please reach out to us at info@shoppe815.com.  Include your order number in the subject line and we’ll be happy to help you. 

    We accept returns 21 days from the delivery date.  All products must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items returned are not in their original condition.  Please ensure your product is packaged safely for its return shipment, as we are unable to accept responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen goods in transit.

    Once the items are received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment.  All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.  

  • Exchanges

     If your items arrived damaged or defective please contact us at info@shoppe815.com within 7 days from the delivery date.  Include your order number in the subject line along with a detailed description and photos explaining the issue.  We’ll be happy to fix the issue and send a replacement.

  • Domestic Shipping

    At Shoppe 815 we take pride in our quality hand-poured candles.  Due to the nature of our products, shipping times can take up to 7 days from purchase, but they typically ship within 1-2 business days.  Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and you will receive a shipping notification including tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • International Shipping

  • Tax and Duties

    All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

  • Gift Purchases

    Make your gift extra special with a customized note.  Simply leave the note you wish to be included with your gift in the comment section at checkout.  Make sure to add who the gift is coming from so your recipient isn’t left with a secret admirer.  We will leave out the packing slip if you inform us to do so.
