TBI RECOVERY

October 07, 2018 2 Comments

Sometimes life throws you a curve ball. In February 2017 life did exactly that. I went out on a motorcycle ride and was in an accident. I suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and spent nearly two years trying to rebuild myself and my life.  Sometimes we take things for granted like balancing, walking, talking, and memory.  I didn't want to take reopening Shoppe 815 for granted.  I knew that I needed to give myself the proper amount of recovery time to be able to attempt a comeback.  It's been a struggle but I'm ready to get back to business!

Learn to love and respect yourself everyday and don’t let a single moment pass you by because it can literally change in a flash. I’m extremely excited to relaunch Shoppe 815 and I hope you all still have you’re scents of adventure!

We accomplish our obligations like laundry and grocery shopping, but our personal goals take the backseat. It's time to reset your mental and emotional headspace by asking yourself a few difficult questions.
