RETURNS

 We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Shoppe 815 purchase!  If you have questions, concerns, or would like to return your product please reach out to us at info@shoppe815.com.  Include your order number in the subject line and we’ll be happy to help you. 


We accept returns 21 days from the delivery date.  All products must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items returned are not in their original condition.  Please ensure your product is packaged safely for its return shipment, as we are unable to accept responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen goods in transit.


Once the items are received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment.  All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.  

 

EXCHANGES

 If your items arrived damaged or defective please contact us at info@shoppe815.com within 7 days from the delivery date.  Include your order number in the subject line along with a detailed description and photos explaining the issue.  We’ll be happy to fix the issue and send a replacement.
